2008 Team Sarcoma / Adult Bone Cancer Survivors

l 2008 Events

The Adult Bone Cancer Survivors online support group participated in Team Sarcoma 2008 by holding a week of online challenges from July 12-20.

Though the event has ended, visitors can still stop by the ABC Survivors / Team Sarcoma discussion board and view some of the meaningful (and silly) topics discussed during the event. Read what sarcoma patients and survivors have learned about Endurance, or learn how they have described A Day in the Life of someone dealing with sarcoma and its effects.

The Adult Bone Cancer Survivors community is a group of nearly 200 bone sarcoma patients, survivors and caregivers. Our interactive forum, the ABC Café, was full of life from July 12-20. Forty of our members completed tasks each day that highlighted their unique experiences with sarcoma. They wore “Sarcoma Knows No Borders” bracelets in unity with other teams around the world.
